Estimate cartons per pallet using carton dimensions, pallet dimensions, orientation and usable stack height.
Note: Tests both carton base orientations and assumes cartons stay upright. Pallet height is entered separately and deducted from total loaded height. Actual loading may be lower due to overhang, mixed patterns, stability, wrapping or weight limits.
Formula
Available stack height = max loaded height − pallet height. Estimated cartons = best cartons per layer × complete layers that fit.
